At [ZUKNI], we take great care in packaging and delivering our products. As our items are delicate in nature, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in cases where the product is received in a broken or damaged condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be broken or damaged at the time of delivery

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof

  • The request must be raised within 1-2 Days of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as liking/disliking the product, size issues, color preference, or change of mind.


2. Return Timeframe

Return requests must be reported within 2 Days from the date of delivery.
Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.


3. Damaged or Broken Products

If you receive a broken or damaged product:

  2. Share:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item

    • Unboxing video showing the damage

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.


4. Refund Process and Timing

After your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 1- 2 Days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.


5. Exchange Options

We offer replacement or exchange only for broken or damaged products, subject to stock availability.
If the same product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Products that are not broken or damaged

  • Items without an unboxing video

  • Products reported after 2 Days

  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is approved due to a broken or damaged product, return shipping will be handled or reimbursed by ZUKNI.

  • If a return is requested for any reason outside our policy, it will not be accepted
